Gentian Sholla Esq. is the founder and owner of Sholla Law Firm, P.C. Mr. Sholla has over 17 years of experience in immigration law. His practice is diverse in matters involving immigration as well as criminal, family and legal issues.

Mr. Sholla works with individuals of extraordinary ability in the arts, sciences and business to obtain EB1 and O-1 visas. He also works with U.S. companies of all sizes on their immigration programs, including their sponsorship of employees on H-1B, L-1 and other nonimmigrant work visas, and foreign entrepreneurs to guide them in setting up their U.S. operation as L-1A intracompany transferees and E-2 treaty investors. Mr. Sholla's experience includes cases in Political Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status, Citizenship, Family Court/SIJ Cases, BIA Appeals, VAWA, I-601 & I-601A Waivers and Deportation Waivers (I-212).

Mr. Sholla has filed successful petitions for Writ of Mandamus before the U.S. District Courts. In addition, Mr. Sholla represents clients in immigration court who have been placed in removal (deportation) proceedings. Also, he has successfully defended the rights of immigrants, both detained and non-detained, before an Immigration Judge and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
